We retain active account data for as long as your account remains open. After account closure, we keep transaction and identity records for the period required by applicable Indian financial regulations, then delete or anonymise them.

Only authorised 4quin staff with a legitimate operational need can access your personal records. We share data with payment processors like UPI, Paytm and PhonePe solely to complete your transactions — never for their own marketing purposes.
